Your body communicates with you through signals 24/7. Just like intuition, our physical body can sense the energy in and around you, and tell you what’s happening.
Before you communicate with others, it is important to listen to your own body. When the signals you receive from your body match your actions, you are more likely to feel calm and aligned. If you do not listen to your body and the signals it gives you, you might feel disconnected from the outer world.
Your body constantly talks to you and sends you messages, whether you’re aware of it or not. Each individual perceives these signals in a unique manner. For example, you might feel your heart rate increasing when you’re nervous, feel low on energy, might start sweating or your stomach might churn when you’re nervous. Deciphering your body’s signals helps you understand it better.
The answer is, yes. Your body can sense the vibes and differentiate the good from the bad. When you’re in a room full of people, there might be a person you’re not making a lot of conversation with or you’re least interactive with them. Why is that?
It is simply because your body has already sensed their vibe, and it does not approve of it or it simply rejects their energy. It might be because of the way they talk, or the way they present themselves in front of people, something about them is not appealing.
Respect it: Treat your body with love and respect. Do not talk to your body or think about it in a negative way.
Connect your mind and body: The easiest way to connect with your body is to use a combination of your breath and your sense of touch. Put your hand on your heart and notice how your heart beats under your palm, how your chest rises and falls with each breath you take. Now, tune into your body and what it is trying to tell you. Is it tired? Relaxed? Hungry? Does any part of your body feel heavy? Pay attention to it and you may be surprised at what it’s trying to tell you.
Ask what your body needs in the moment:
Don’t ignore what your body needs in the moment.
Ask what your body what it requires to stay healthy in the future:
Be kind to your body. It has always been a part of you and will continue to be. Treat it with love, care, and respect. Your body is the most powerful source and you should never ignore what it’s trying to tell you. If you love your body, it will love you back even more.
